Store and Online Policies
Checks
We accept checks imprinted with local address (no P.O. Boxes
accepted), phone number, and drawn from a local bank. We require
a valid driver’s license or Massachusetts check cashing
ID. We assess a charge of $20 for all returned checks.
Returns
Merchandise may be returned for refund provided that it has
not been used and is returned in its original packaging, with
tags and store receipt. Crates, beds, and muzzles may NOT
be returned. All sales of these items are FINAL. No merchandise
may be returned after 14 days from date of purchase.
Special Order Policies
If we do not currently stock something that you require
we will gladly make every effort to get the item for you.
However, for large ticket items we will require a deposit
equal to one half of the asking price. Special order items
not normally carried will be held behind the counter for a
period of 14 days. At which time the item will be returned
to the sale floor or vendor. Pet Source reserves the right
to retain any deposit should the vendor refuse a return.
Pricing Errors and Omissions
Please be aware that prices and availability are subject to
change without prior notice. We make every effort to insure
the accuracy of the information on our site and when errors
are discovered, we will correct them. Be advised that Pet
Source reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to
correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
Prices on the Site
Prices on some items may differ from those charged at local
Pet Source stores. Prices, inventory and availability are
subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to
limit sales, including also the right to refuse sales, to
re-sellers.
